about arena and cs buffs

how about a no hit and run arena? the only way to get out is by being killed and town blinks, no tickets :)
also is it possible to decrease the cs buffs cuz it takes alot of space in the inventory, yeah we can choose what we want to use but everyone seems to use everything. myb just keep the basic ones, upcut, eel, remantis, refresher, activition, velocity, holy etc. not only that it fills the inv but the top right of the screen too :P
