Roika stave - bought and havent appeared -.-

yesterday at 1:36 Am (GMT -3) i voted and got at least my 30 vpoints and then i bought a roika´s stave for 30 vpoints, when the page refreshes, it appears a bunch of "warnings" and "errors" and below it says "thanks for your purchase, you have now : 0 Vpoints.

And i thought "great now i can have my staff! (thats what she said)"
and i relogged and nothing appeared -.-

it seems that this happened to a bunch of people, and i want my stave now q.q
